Yes. You can use cards, exercises, and spaced retrieval locally without a subscription. The paid plan is for Sync: cloud backup and continuity across devices.
Do organizations buy the Sync plan?
No. Sync is the individual self-serve plan. Organizations should start with a pilot call so the course materials, learner group, implementation effort, and success criteria can be scoped together.
