What We Collect
Account info (email, name), the learning content you store in Gwen, and usage data that helps us understand product behavior. Usage data may include feature events tied to a local anonymous device identifier in the desktop app.
How We Use It
To provide the service, sync your data, keep your account secure, and make the product better. We do not sell personal data.
Usage Analytics
Gwen uses cookie-free, self-hosted Umami analytics to measure feature usage, diagnose bugs, and improve performance. Analytics events do not include card, project, exercise, or problem content. We process this usage data for product improvement under our legitimate interests, including GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Your Choices
You can request an export or deletion of your data by contacting support. If you close your account, we remove personal data within a reasonable timeframe and treat analytics linked to the relevant anonymous device identifier as in scope for deletion or de-identification when it can be matched.
